If you need help or want to talk to someone, a number of specialist counseling centers are available and would be happy to help.
You can use the search engine on the homepage to look for a counseling center near you. With our brochures, you can get some initial information before your first counseling session. (Note: the brochures will be updated to include other federal states in the coming weeks). The brochures are only available in German.
